Arrival and Setup

Our team arrives 15 minutes before your start time to set up. Our stylists and makeup artists use top notch products and sanitize between every guest.

Your Timeline

We build a custom timeline for your wedding morning so everyone knows when they’re in the chair. The order is flexible and we’re happy to work with you on it. All we ask is that someone is ready when it’s their turn!

Hair Prep

Please have clean, dry hair at your scheduled start time. We aren’t able to dry hair on site, so wet hair will cut into your service time.

Skin Prep

Before your service, please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, past reactions, or problem areas. Also share any active skincare you use (retinol, acids, exfoliants) and any professional treatments in the last month (facials, peels, waxing, dermaplaning, Botox). This helps us choose the right products and application so your makeup looks great and lasts all day.

Delays

We know wedding mornings can get a little chaotic, and we’re pros at rolling with it. If there’s a delay from your party, a $25 fee applies for every 15 minutes of wait time. This helps us keep the timeline on track for everyone.

Retainer

A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your date and team. Full details are outlined in your contract at booking.

Gratuity

Gratuity is optional and always appreciated. It can be given directly to your stylist on the wedding day or added to your invoice.
